Squats

The squat is probably the queen of leg exercises – and at the same time a full-body workout. With proper technique, the quadriceps perform the leg extension, the hamstrings stabilize from the opposite direction, while the gluteal muscle and core muscles ensure hip extension and body control. Even the calf muscles contribute to stabilization.

On the EISENHORN strength station, the squat, which is part of the Big 5, can be performed in various versions. The DS model allows for front squats as well as classic squat, while the S model enables hack squats, front squats, or overhead Squats to be integrated into training.

For fans of unilateral exercises, the Strength Station also allows for one-legged squats with support, one-legged squats on the horn, or lateral squats.
