Training Plateau
A training plateau refers to a state in which no progress is noticeable despite regular training. This can affect both muscle building and strength gains, as well as endurance. The causes are often a lack of progression, insufficient recovery, one-sided exercises, or sticking to the same training routine for too long. To break through a plateau, methods such as periodization, variation of intensity, and changing basic or isolation exercises can be used.
The combination of the MIKE5 training program and the EISENHORN strenght station provides the perfect setup to prevent stagnation and overcome training plateaus.
