Barbell

The barbell is an elongated weight that is held with both hands. It is a classic tool for maximal load and maximum strength. Exercises like squats, deadlifts, or bench press benefit from its stability and high potential weight. At the same time, the barbell requires strong core muscles to control the movements properly.
