Muscle building
Muscle building, often referred to as hypertrophy, is the adaptive response of the muscles to repeated strain. Through controlled strength training, tiny micro-injuries occur in the muscle fibers, which the body repairs and reinforces during the recovery phase (muscle regeneration).
Exercises such as the Big 5 are considered classics for muscle building, as they engage multiple muscle groups simultaneously. At the EISENHORN strenght station, muscle building can be specifically controlled by adjusting exercises, resistance, number of sets, repetitions, and rest periods optimally.
With the MIKE5 training program, you receive a professional and intelligent training concept, allowing you to focus exclusively on performing your workouts effectively.
