Piston C is compatible with device versions 4 and 5 (not compatible with earlier versions M, R and E).
The change takes place in a few seconds. With both pistons, 2×12 weight steps are available. The standard piston 12 offers up to 51kg, the additional piston 26 up to 112kg weight.

The patented system offers a decisive advantage that is otherwise reserved for expensive special equipment. In the lower levels (1-7) the weight is constant during the movement. So exactly the same as other devices with weight plates. From level 8, the weight increases slightly during the movement. This corresponds to the requirements of the movement sequences in the exercises with higher weight (e.g. basic exercises such as squats). This allows you to achieve better utilization of the muscles throughout the entire movement sequence and therefore a greater effect with every workout.
