Muscle strain, muscle fiber tear, and muscle tear

A muscle strain, a muscle fiber tear, or a muscle tear are different degrees of muscle injury. A muscle strain is the mildest form and occurs due to overstretching, often caused by insufficient warm-up or sudden strain. A muscle fiber tear involves the rupture of individual sibers, while a muscle tear affects a larger portion or even the entire muscle.

These injuries can occur during strength training, cardio exercises, or sports that involve rapid changes of direction. Preventive measures include proper technique, sufficient warm-up, appropriate intensity, and targeted strength training to stabilize the muscles involved. Recovery time depends on the severity and can range from a few days to several months.

With the MIKE5 training concept, the focus is on basic exercises. This full-body workout strengthens the entire body and reduces the risk of muscle injuries.
