Full body workout

Full-body training refers to a training method in which the entire body is stressed. This includes split full-body training, where the whole body is trained regularly, but the load is divided into various short and focused sessions. An example of this is the MIKE5 Training Concept, which focuses on the Big 5.

By performing a split full-body workout, all major muscle groups can be efficiently targeted without overloading the body in a single session. Typically, complex exercises are used to activate multiple muscle groups simultaneously – primarily the classic basic exercises such as squats, deadlift, bench press, rowing, and shoulder press.

Full-body workouts are particularly efficient, as they activate many muscles in a short amount of time, boost metabolism, and increase both strength and endurance. They are suitable for beginners as well as advanced users, as intensity can be adjusted for each individual's level, allowing flexible progression.
