Prevention
Prevention refers to measures aimed at reducing the risk of injuries, illnesses, or physical limitations. In training, this means targeted strengthening of weak structures, improving flexibility, and correcting postural errors.
Preventive training often includes both basic exercises for general stability as well as specific exercises to strengthen joints and ligaments. The combination of the EISENHORN strenght station and the MIKE5 training program provides an optimal setup for preventive training, thereby reducing the risk of injury.
