In one individual case, an assembly error occurred with a safety-relevant component. We want to make sure that everything is okay with your device. Please determine if there is a round silver area on the back surface of the carriage:

Step by step guide

Guide the sledge all the way to the top.
Detach the turning wheel completely (counterclockwise).
Take off the sledge.
Loosen and remove the stop screw in the column.
Push the carriage out of the top of the column.
Check for the round silver area on the back of the carriage.

If you see the round silver area, everything is fine. Please reassemble your device in reverse order of the points above. We hope you continue to enjoy your training.

If the round silver area is NOT there, please contact us immediately. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible. Do not use your device anymore.
