To explain our distribution system to you, we need to backtrack a bit. After all, behind the EISENHORN is a history of almost forty years. We have been selling the device as you see it today since 2014. Back then, we started in the Swiss market. In the early years, we presented ourselves at trade fairs and events and opened our own showrooms. We have always been happy to take the time to see each client individually for a trial training session.
The beginnings and growth
In the first years we grew quickly and were soon able to supply an international clientele. We were faced with the choice, do we go into retail and supply distributors or do we stay with direct sales. We chose the second because we place great value on serving our customers directly. In addition, this allows us to offer the best possible price-performance ratio, without a dealer margin. Furthermore, you will receive direct advice from us as the manufacturer and first-hand training support directly from the developer.
The step into the digital world
With this in mind, we decided to move consistently into the digital world. We no longer have showrooms. This saves money, which ultimately benefits every customer again. This is reflected, for example, in our prices: unlike most manufacturers, we have not increased our prices in recent years.
Why did we decide to do this?
How did this courageous decision to do without showrooms come about? It is important to know where the EISENHORN comes from. Our equipment has its origin in competitive sports and is built according to the highest standards of professionals. The smooth running, the ergonomics of the movements and the unique feeling during the execution of the exercise. After many years of experience with numerous world and Olympic champions (see Testimonials) from many different sports, we know that you don’t have to test it – you can assume that it works – and works really well.
The test time and return option
Since we still want to offer our customers the possibility of testing, we included a 30-day trial period in our terms and conditions at the time. So you can buy the device and test it extensively. If, contrary to expectations, you don’t like it, you can return it within 30 days. Why we can make this exceptional offer? Well, after many years of experience, we know the devices don’t come back.
