One-legged squat on the horn
Preparation
Adjust the carriage so that you can grip the horn with your arms not fully extended.
Starting position
Grasp the horn standing on one leg. Tense your arms and keep them stable during the entire movement.
Execution
Bend the supporting leg and lower the buttocks. Then stretch the leg and hip again to bring the body back to the starting position.
Hint
Once you've mastered the movement, back off the power level to increase the difficulty.
