Kneeling recrunch with grip tape

Preparation

Attach the grip tape. Adjust the height of the sled so that the loops are at head height in the kneeling start position.

Starting position

Grasp the hanging grip strap with both hands. The upper body is tilted slightly forward.

Execution

Pull your elbows towards your knees. This causes the upper body to curl up. The position of the arms in relation to the upper body remains unchanged.

Hint

The exercise should be performed very slowly, especially at the beginning, until you have mastered the movement.
