Alternating lat pulldown with handle on the horn
Preparation

Starting position
Fix the slides at head height. The ends of the horns can just be gripped with outstretched arms.
Execution
Grasp the ends of the horn with an overhand grip and stand so that your body is leaning slightly backwards.
Hint
Pull the hands on the horn slowly and alternately up to the chest.
Variants
Make sure to pull your elbows back and maintain body tension at all times.
