Alternating bent-over rowing with grip on the horn

Preparation

Fix the slides at knee height.

Starting position

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart in a slight squat and your upper body slightly bent forward (45 degree angle) between the sledges. Grasp the end of each horn with one hand. Always keep your back straight with full tension (slightly hollow back). Push your buttocks slightly backwards and your chest slightly forwards.

Execution

As you exhale, pull one hand towards your hip, hold the position briefly and return to the starting position in a controlled manner as you inhale. Then repeat the movement with the other hand.
