Preparation

Fix the slides at hip height.

Starting position

Stand in a stable standing position. Grasp a horn with each hand so that the upper body is slightly tilted forward. The back remains straight, the abdomen is tense and the gaze is directed towards the floor. In the starting position, start stretching your chest.

Execution

Now press one hand down until the arm is fully extended. Now bring the same arm back to the starting position and repeat the movement alternately. Make sure to stabilize your torso so that your upper body remains as still as possible.

Hint

Stand bent forward as much as possible and keep your torso stable. Stay in a standing position and keep your arms close to your upper body to activate your triceps.
