219 Calf raise with grip on the horn
Preparation
Fix the slides at hip height so that the tips of the horns are approximately in the middle of the thighs. Turn both slides slightly inwards.
Starting position
Stand in a stable parallel stance. Grasp a horn with each hand and keep your arms outstretched. When standing upright, there should already be tension on the horn. The back remains straight, the abdomen is tensed and the gaze is directed straight out towards the wall
Execution
Now stand slightly forward on the balls of your feet as far as you can. Keep your arms straight at all times. Make sure that your feet are parallel to each other.

Variants
To stretch the calf even more, you can work with a stable, non-slip surface under the forefoot (e.g. wooden block, thick book).
