Alternating low rowing bent over with Cable Pulley

Preparation

Hook both Cable Pulleys into the lower position

Starting position

Stand in a stable, slightly bent forward position in front of the EISENHORN. Your feet are parallel and shoulder-width apart. Grip the loops of the Cable Pulley with each hand.

Execution

Now pull one hand towards your hip in a controlled manner. Hold the position briefly before slowly returning to the starting position. Repeat the movement with the other hand. Make sure to keep your elbow as straight back as possible and turn your hand in slightly at the end of the movement.

Hint

Pull your hand to your hip - not to your chest.
