Reverse flys asymmetrical on Cable Pulley

Preparation

Hang one Cable Pulley in the upper position and the other in the lower position.

Starting position

Stand in a stable, slightly bent forward position in front of the EISENHORN. Your feet are parallel and shoulder-width apart. Grasp the loops of the Cable Pulley crosswise with each hand.

Execution

Move your arms stretched sideways up or down behind you and straighten up slightly. The arm that was at the top in the starting position pulls downwards, while the lower arm pulls upwards. Then repeat the movement for the other side by swapping the carriage position accordingly.
