Bench press with Handle bar
Preparation
Fix the height of the slides so that the Handle bar rests on the chest.
Starting position
Lie at chest height under the Handle bar and grasp it with a wide grip. Your legs are bent and your feet are firmly on the floor.
Execution
Press the Handle bar evenly upwards until your arms are almost stretched. Then slowly return to the starting position.
Hint
To reach the starting position optimally, the pistons can be moved out via the resistance levels so that the horns can be moved slightly upwards. Do not adjust the resistance until you are in the lying position.
