Alternating bench press with grip on the horn

Preparation

Fix the height of the slides so that the horn tips are level with the chest.

Starting position

Grip the end of the horn with one hand. Your elbows should be on the floor. The legs are bent and the feet are firmly on the floor.

Execution

Press your hands upwards alternately until your arms are almost stretched. Then slowly return to the starting position and repeat with the other arm.

Hint

You can turn the slides in slightly so that your movement is slightly towards the center when you push your arms up.
