Shoulder rotators parallel to the Cable Pulley
Preparation
Hook both Cable Pulleys into the middle position
Starting position
Stand in front of the machine with your upper body upright and your feet parallel. Grip the loops with an overhand grip and bend your arms at shoulder height. Your fists should now be precisely aligned with the respective column of the EISENHORN.
Execution
Pull your fists up behind you in a circular motion. At the end of the movement, they should be approximately level with your head. Make sure you keep your upper arm as stable as possible and perform the movement exclusively from your forearm over your shoulder.
