Abduction on the pulley
Preparation
Hook the cable pull into the lower position.
Starting position
Stand close to the side of the device and position the opposite foot in the loop. The supporting leg remains slightly bent.
Execution
Move the active leg slowly and in a controlled manner as far outwards as possible without rotating your hips. Then slowly move the leg inwards again without releasing the resistance.

Perform the exercise without momentum.
