Abduction on the pulley

Preparation

Hook the wire rope hoist into the lower position.

Starting position

Stand sideways close to the device and position the averted foot in the loop. The supporting leg remains slightly bent.

Execution

Slowly move the active leg outward as far as possible in a controlled manner without moving the hip. Now slowly move the leg back inward without removing resistance.
