Adduction with grip tape

Preparation

Fix the carriage at shin height in a slightly inclined position. Pull the grip strap through the loop.

Starting position

Place one foot at a slight angle in the grip loops. Stand firmly on the ground with the other foot. The distance to the horn is so great that the strap is always under tension. Good body tension, upright posture, facing the wall.

Execution

Slowly pull the leg in the loop towards the standing leg. Then return to the starting position. Do not move your upper body out of the way.

Hint

Hold on to the wall for better balance. Always perform the exercise in both directions.
