Fix the carriage at shin height in a slightly inclined position. Pull the grip tape through the loop.

Starting position

Insert one foot into the grip loops at a slight angle. Stand firmly on the ground with the other foot. The distance to the horn is so great that the belt is always under tension. Good body tension, upright posture, facing the wall.


Slowly pull the leg in the loop towards the supporting leg. Then return to the starting position. Do not swerve with your upper body.


Hold on to wall for better balance. Always perform the exercise in both directions.
