Back shoulder lift

Preparation

Fix the slide in the lower area of the column. Attach the grip tape and insert the handle bar into both grip loops.

Starting position

Stand hip-width apart with your back to the machine. Select the carriage height so that the handlebar can just be reached in an upright position with the shoulders lowered.

Execution

Slowly pull your neck and shoulders together while stretching your arms upwards along your body. Then slowly lower your shoulders again.

Hint

Keep your head still (no vulture neck).
