Biceps curls with strap

Preparation

Fix the slide in the upper section. Set the highest force level and attach the grip tape.

Starting position

Grip tape. Hang at a 45° angle facing the wall.

Execution

Upper body, slowly pull up through the biceps only. Hold tension throughout the body.
