Bicep curls with grip tape

Preparation

Fix the carriage in the upper area. Set the highest force level and pull the grip tape through the loop.

Starting position

Grasp a strap loop with one hand. Lie at a 45° angle facing the wall until the grip tape is stretched. Keep your back straight and tense your core. Do not fully straighten your legs.

Execution

Slowly pull the upper body upwards using only the biceps. Maintain tension throughout the body. Then slowly return to the starting position.

Perform the exercise slowly.
