Biceps curls with strap
Preparation
Fix the slide in the upper area. Set the highest force level and pull the grip tape through the loop.
Starting position
Grasp a strap loop with one hand. Lie back at a 45° angle facing the wall until the grip tape is stretched. Keep your back straight and tense your core. Do not fully straighten your legs.
Execution
Slowly pull your upper body upwards using only your biceps. Maintain tension throughout the body. Then slowly return to the starting position.
