Biceps curls with body weight

Preparation

Set the highest force level and insert the handle bar. Fix the carriage so that the handle bar is below the chin.

Starting position

Grip the handle bar slightly wider than shoulder width. Position at a 45° angle facing the wall.

Execution

With full body tension, now bend your arms, pulling your chin over the handle bar. In the process, the handle bar rotates in the loop.

The lower the starting position, the more challenging the exercise becomes.
