Preparation
Fix the carriage in the upper area. Insert the Handle bar and attach a grip tape to each end. One loop is passed through the other so that the grip tape is secured around the Handle bar and cannot slip sideways.
Starting position
Kneel facing the device, stabilize your upper body and lean forward. Choose a position so that the Handle bar is in the middle of your back. Hold a grip band with both hands and stretch the chest muscle.
Execution
Slowly bring your hands together in the middle, in front of your chest. The upper body remains stable.

Tightening the two grip straps takes some practice. Please follow the instructions below.

Do not just place the grip tape over the Handle bar. Make sure that you secure the grip tape according to the instructions in the preparation.

Lashing the two straps together takes a little practice. To give you a little more security at the beginning, you can do the following: Take two strong rubber bands and attach them to the outside of the Handle bar. You need to tighten the two rubber bands relatively firmly so that they cannot move on the Handle bar. Over time, you will have the lashing and the movement of the exercise so under control that you will no longer need the elastic bands.
