Pull ups

Preparation

Insert the handle bar and install the blocker. Adjust the height so that the handlebar can just be reached with outstretched arms.

Starting position

Grasp the handlebar with a wide upper grip. The legs are either stretched out straight or bent.

Execution

Pull your body upwards in a controlled manner until your chin is above the handlebar. Then slowly return to the starting position. At the end, the arms retain a slight bend in the elbow joint.

Hint

Perform the exercise without momentum.
