Chest pull-up

Preparation

Insert handle bar and install blocker. Adjust the height so that the handle bar can just be reached.

Starting position

Grasp handle bar with wide upper grip. Legs are either straight outstretched or bent.

Execution

Pull upwards in a controlled manner until the chin is above the handle bar. Then slowly lower the body again. At the end, arms retain a slight bend in the elbow joint.

Perform exercise without swing.
