Crossover crunch on the pulley

Preparation

Hook the cable pull into the lower position.

Starting position

Lie on your back with your feet facing the device and place one foot in the loop of the pulley. Choose a position on the floor so that there is already a slight pull on the horn when the leg is extended.

Execution

Place one arm on the floor at a right angle to your upper body and bring the other hand to your head. Using the core muscles, bring the elbow together with the knee diagonally in the middle.
