Crunches with strap

Preparation

Set the highest force level. Attach grip tape so that the loop is in the middle of the shin.

Starting position

The view to the device. Hook one foot into the loop and place the free leg over the other. Hands are shoulder width firmly on the floor. The buttocks are raised and the legs are extended.

Execution

With legs extended, slowly push buttocks forward and back to starting position.
