Dips with strap
Preparation
Set the highest power level. Fix the carriage at the top and attach both grip straps using the snap hook.
Starting position
Grasp one loop with each hand. Position your feet stretched out in front of you.
Execution
Slowly stretch your arms and then slowly return to the starting position.
Hint
Perform the exercise slowly. Keep your arms and hands still.
