Preparation

Hook the cable in the upper position and guide the grip tape through the loop.

Starting position

stand in a hip-width, stable position at a slight angle to the device. Grasp one loop of the handle strap with both hands. Select the distance to the device in such a way that there is already tension on the cable puller when the device is in an upright position and the arms are stretched.

Execution

Pull your hands next to your ears. In the final position, keep the upper arms at right angles to the torso. Pull shoulder blades down.
