Facepulls on the cable pull

Preparation

Hook the cable in the upper position and guide the grip strap through the loop.

Starting position

stand in a hip-width, stable position at a slight angle to the device. Grasp a loop of the grip strap with both hands. Select the distance to the device so that there is already tension on the cable pull when you are in an upright position and your arms are stretched.

Execution

Place your hands next to your ears. In the end position, hold the upper arms at a right angle to the upper body. Pull the shoulder blades downwards.
