Forearm curls behind the back

Preparation

Insert the handlebar and fix the carriage so that the handlebar is below the buttocks.

Starting position

Stand hip-width apart with your back close to the handlebar. and hold them shoulder-width apart behind your body. The abdominal muscles are tensed and the lower back is straight. The arms are not fully extended.

Execution

Slowly bend your wrists as far as possible. Then slowly return to the starting position. The arms remain as still as possible.

Hint

Perform the exercise slowly and without momentum.
