Forearm curls with top grip

Preparation

Insert the handlebar and fix the carriage so that the handlebar is at hip height.

Starting position

Stand hip-width apart, facing the wall, in front of the bar and grasp it shoulder-width apart with an overhand grip. Keep your elbows at a 90° angle and close to your upper body. Bend your wrists forward.

Execution

Slowly stretch your wrist upwards without releasing your upper arms from their position. Then slowly return to the starting position.

Perform the exercise slowly and without momentum.
