Front Lunges

Preparation

Fix the slide in the lower area. Attach the grip tape and insert the handle bar into both grip loops.

Starting position

Stand over the horn in a lunge. In the low position, hold the handlebar in front of your collarbone and push your elbows forward. Keep your eyes forward and your back straight.

Execution

Stand up with pressure from the front leg until the leg is almost extended. The back remains tense and straight. The grip tape is guided close to the body.
