Front Lunges

Preparation

Fix the slide in the lower section. Attach handle strap and insert handle bar into both handle loops.

Starting position

Stand in a lunge over the horn. In the low position, hold the handle bar on in front of the collarbone and push the elbows forward. The gaze is directed forward and the back is straight.

Execution

Stand up with pressure from the front leg until the leg is almost extended. The back is tense and remains straight. The grip tape is guided close to the body.
