Hammercurls

Preparation

Fix the slide in the lower area. Attach the grip tape and insert the handle bar into both grip loops.

Starting position

Stand relatively far back with legs hip-width apart and upper body upright and stable. Pull your shoulders back and stick your chest out. Grasp the grip band with both hands in a hammer grip below the bar. Fully tense the body.

Execution

Move your arms evenly upwards to the maximum. Then move slowly and evenly back to the starting position.

Hint

Always keep elbows close to the body. Keep upper body, shoulders and upper arms motionless. Movement in the elbow.
