Hip Thrust

Preparation

Insert the handle bar and fix the slide in the lower area.

Starting position

Sit on the floor facing the device and lean on your hands. Place the feet flat on the floor so that the legs form a right angle. The handlebar is located above the base of the thigh.

Execution

Push your buttocks upwards so that your upper body and thighs form a line in the end position.
