Lat pull-down with grip tape

Preparation

Set the highest force level and fix the carriage in the upper area. Attach the grip tape to the horn.

Starting position

Grasp one strap loop with one hand. Stand on the floor with your feet together and lean backwards with your arms outstretched until the grip tape is taut and your buttocks are just above the floor.

Execution

Pull your body upwards until your head is level with your hands. Open your chest and actively pull your shoulder blades back and down. Then slowly return to the starting position.
