Lateral crunches on the pulley

Preparation

Hook the cable pull into the lower position.

Starting position

Lie on your back with your feet facing the device. Turn your upper body sideways to the front and grasp the loop with one hand. Lift your head off the floor.

Execution

Use your core muscles to move your upper body to the other side. The other hand is also stretched forward.
