Fix the carriage at elbow height in a horizontal position and attach the grip tape.

Starting position

Take up a sideways, stable position, facing the wall. The hand that is closer to the horn holds both grip loops. The upper arm rests against the upper body and the forearm is stretched forward at a 90° angle.


Slowly pull your forearm towards your stomach. The elbow remains in position. Then slowly move back to the starting position. Always maintain the tension.


The upper body remains stable - no movement. Always perform the exercise in both directions.



In the horizontal position of the slide, please set the corresponding force level limit according to the piston. Follow the instructions for use!
