Lateral inward rotation with strap

Preparation

Fix the slide in the horizontal position at elbow height. Attach grip tape.

Starting position

Lateral, stable stand facing the wall. The hand holds both handle loops. Upper arm close to the torso and forearm stretched forward at a 90° angle.

Execution

Slowly pull the forearm towards the abdomen. Elbow remains in position. Slowly return to the starting position. Always maintain tension.

Hint

Upper body remains stable, no movement. Always perform exercise in both directions.
