Leg curl with strap

Preparation

Set the highest force level and fix the carriage in the center of the column. Attach grip tape.

Starting position

Lay on your back and insert one foot into each loop.

Execution

With legs extended, lift the pelvis off the floor. With trunk tension, alternately pull the heels toward the buttocks and continue to push the pelvis upward.
