Preparation
Set the highest force level and fix the carriage in the center of the column. Attach the grip tape to the horn.
Starting position
Lie on your back and insert one foot into each loop.
Execution
With legs extended, lift the pelvis off the floor. With your torso tensed, pull your heels towards your buttocks and push your pelvis further up.
