Preparation
Fix the carriage so that you can lie under the handlebar with your legs bent at the maximum angle.
Starting position
Lie on your back so that your buttocks are under the handlebar. The arms are next to the body on the floor. The feet rest hip-width apart on the handle bar. The thighs touch the abdomen.
Execution
Push the handlebar up evenly with your legs over the balls of your feet until your knees are almost straight. Keep the gluteal muscles tensed during the entire exercise.
