Preparation

Fix the carriage so that the bent legs can be placed under the handlebar.

Starting position

Lie on the floor with legs bent at hip width under the handle bar. Arms are loose next to the body, placed on the floor. The thighs touch the abdomen. The feet rest hip-width apart on the handle bar.

Execution

Press handle bar evenly upward with legs over balls of feet until knees are almost extended. Keep buttock muscles tense and then return legs to starting position.
