Lunges with bar

Preparation

Insert the handle bar and fix the carriage at the bottom.

Starting position

Position yourself over the handlebar with a hip-width lunge. Position the front leg so that there is a right angle between the thigh and lower leg. Grasp the bar in an overhand grip, shoulder width apart. The focus is on the future.

Execution

Stand up with pressure from the front leg until the leg is almost extended. The back is under tension and remains straight.
