Lunges with step

Preparation

Attach handle strap and slide handle bar into both handle loops. Fix the slide in the lowest area. Position stable elevation in front of the device.

Starting position

Grasp the handle bar shoulder width. Place the front foot on a stable step. Select the height of the slide so that there is already some traction on the handlebar in the low lunge position.

Execution

Stand up with pressure from the front leg until the leg is almost extended. The back is taut and straight. Tape tight to the body.
