Lunges with step
Preparation
Attach the grip tape to the horn and insert the handle bar into both grip loops. Fix the carriage in the lowest area. Position a stable elevation in front of the appliance.
Starting position
Grasp the handlebar at shoulder width. Place the front foot on the stable elevation. Select the height of the carriage so that there is already some traction on the handlebar in the low lunge position.
Execution
Stand up with pressure from the front leg until the leg is almost extended. The back is taut and straight. The strap fits close to the body.
