Lunges with grip tape

Preparation

Set the highest strength level. Attach the grip strap so that the loop is below the knee joint.

Starting position

Place one foot in the loop and bend the leg backwards. The other leg has a stable stance and the thighs are parallel to each other. The upper body remains tense and upright.

Execution

Slowly move the leg that is in the loop backwards until a 90° angle is reached in the front knee joint. Then slowly return to the starting position.

Alternate the legs when looping in.
