Preparation

Fix the carriage so that the heels can just be placed on the Handle bar. Place the two grip straps over the Handle bar.

Starting position

Lie on your back so that your buttocks are directly under the Handle bar. Place your feet relaxed on the Handle bar so that your buttocks are slightly raised off the floor.

Execution

Push the bar down by building up strength and move your knees towards your chest. Pull your buttocks towards the floor. Then slowly return to the starting position. Keep your knees stable. If necessary, support the movement with your arms pulling on the grip tape.

Learn to perform the exercise at strength level 1 and then increase level by level.
