Fix the sled so that the heels can just be placed on the handle bar. In addition, place grip tape over grip bar.

Starting position

Lie on your back with your buttocks under the bar. Place the feet relaxed on the handle bar so that the buttocks are slightly off the floor.


By building up strength, push the bar down, moving the knees towards the chest. Pull buttocks to the floor. Then slowly return to starting position. Keep knee stable. If necessary, support the movement with the arms pulling on the grip tape.
