Plank Jacks
Preparation
Set the highest force level. Attach one end of both grip straps to the loop of the horn. Adjust the height so that the body is horizontal in the plank position.
Starting position
Hang one foot in each sling. Assume the plank position. The hands are underneath the shoulders.
Execution
Move your legs outwards to the maximum and back again at the same time.
