Plank with strap

Preparation

Fix the slide in the upper third. Set highest force level and attach grip tape to one end.

Starting position

In Plank position, hook one foot into the loop. The free-floating leg placed over the other. The legs in extension of the spine form a straight line. Wrists under shoulder joint. Keep body tension and do not fall into a hollow back. The gaze goes to the floor.

Execution

Slowly move body backward and forward.

Hint

Alternate the foot in the loop - perform on both sides.
