Progressive deadlift with strap

Preparation

Fix the slide at the bottom. Fold the grip tape twice and pull it through the loop.

Starting position

Stand with your feet hip-width apart, facing the wall. Bend your knees and grasp the slings with both hands. The head is located in the extension of the spine. Keep your back straight under full tension.

Execution

Slowly straighten up by building up strength in the legs and lower back muscles. The arms remain stretched at all times. Then return the body to the starting position.

Hint

When performed facing the machine, significantly more resistance is generated at the end of the movement sequence, thus providing optimum muscle stimulation.
