Preparation

Set the highest power level. Fix the carriage at the top and attach both grip straps using the snap hook.

Starting position

Arms stretched in the loops, upper body leaning forward with total body tension.

Execution

Bend arms and bring chest forward between hands. Slowly return to the starting position.
